To deliver exceptional customer service promoting the sale of product, whilst offering guidance and product knowledge to the customer where required to maximise sales and profitability. Role Responsibilities: - To drive the sales and profitability of the store obtaining outstanding results. - To deliver exceptional customer service with in the store. - To promote high visual merchandising standards ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved. - To ensure products are well presented at all times. - To assist with stock deliveries. - To maximise sale opportunities engaging the customer. - To operate the till effectively and efficiently. - To be a team player working together to meet and exceed store objectives. - Strive for personal excellence in all you do. Working Arrangements: Availability across the working week including weekends, early mornings and late nights.
