Car Park Assistant at FP Team

We are looking for a personable, team player to support the overall delivery of operations within Festival Place Car Park.
Within the Guest Services team, you will manage the delivery of jobs allocated each day. The candidate will liaise with their on site Management and Supervisory team to ensure that the best standards of Customer Service and Service Delivery are upheld. 
In addition to this, you will also be trained to use machinery for maintaining the cleanliness of the Car Park. Full training will be given for all equipment, including payment machines, entrance and exit barriers, cleaning machines and Car Park PC. Candidate will also support our services within the Customer Lounge. 
Our ideal candidate will have experience within a Customer Service role and evidence their ability to use initiative in different situations. 
Please note that this position is dependent upon the successful candidate passing BPSS security clearance.
