Supervisor at Clinton Cards

As a Supervisor you'll form part of the management team. You'll take an active part in motivating and leading the team to achieve sales targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service. Role responsibilities: - To be responsible for opening and closing the store, cash handling and till management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. - To support the Store Management team and Loss Prevention team in implementing loss prevention control to prevent internal/external theft and system errors. - Responsible for running the store in the Managers absence. - To drive the sales and profitability of the store obtaining outstanding results. - To deliver exceptional customer service within the store. - To promote high visual merchandising standards ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved. - To ensure products are well presented at all times. - To assist with stock deliveries with responsibility for stock control and stock count in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. - To be a team player working together to meet and exceed store objectives. - Strive for personal excellence in all you do. Working Arrangements: Availability across the working week including weekends, early mornings and late nights. Availability to flex hours when workload requires this.
