Following on from the last three years' spectacular success, Kala the Arts is bringing Diwali 2024 to Basingstoke Town Centre once again.
The Light It Up parade brings together young people, community groups and some rather spectacular puppets and musicians to celebrate Diwali.
The parade starts at 6pm from the Willis Museum at the Top of Town, where there will be a Bollywood band playing to kick off the event in style. Come along and watch the band play, and then walk down to The Amphitheatre in Festival Place where performances will start at 7pm.
There will be amazing dancer, drummers, lanterns, creative new installations and more!
