There’s so much more to Festival Place than just the fantastic shopping – we’re also a great day out for all the family!

You’ll find loads of fun things that are perfect for kids and families, from soft play zones and games to fab family feasts, cinema mini mornings, and lots of great attractions planned throughout the year.

Vue Mini Mornings are a big experience for little people, with all the best family films showing for just £2.40 per ticket for both adults and children. Mini Mornings run every Saturday and Sunday from 10am, and every day in the school holidays.

Basingstoke Discovery Centre is a fantastic community library that’s free to join and offers an exciting programme of events and fun activities for children.

Take on crazy challenges and awesome adventures in the amazing Flip Out arena filled with over 50 trampolines,10 interactive climbing walls, two cyber tower courses, a wipe-out machine, battle beams, foam pit, a super scary 28ft drop super slide, and a new laser quest arena.

Get on the starting blocks for fun and games at Basingstoke Sports Centre. Little ones can tumble into a world of excitement at the two-tier play structure and soft play zone and, for older children, there’s football, table tennis, badminton and swimming.

We have many things designed to make shopping with children easy and fun, including our brilliant Kiddy Cars, a super-fun way for your little ones to travel around Festival Place while you’re shopping. They come in a variety of colours and designs and can be hired for just £3 per hour. Visit the Customer Lounge on the Upper Level to get yours!

And when it’s time for a pit stop, you can enjoy a family feast at one of our many fantastic restaurants or cafes. Most have highchairs and children’s menus, and many have baby change facilities, too.

Our car park has bigger spaces for families with pushchairs and, once in centre, breastfeeding mums can ask to use one of our family rooms for comfort and privacy.
